Pastors Charles and Betty Hawkins

Pastor Hawkins was given a vision of a ministry that would touch the lives of multitudes through Evangelistic Crusades, Radio and the teaching ministry. After answering the call of God to preach the Gospel in 1971, Rev. Hawkins began an intense study of the word of God, recieved his credentials and ministered with world renown Evalagilist throughout the country. In 1978 under the leadership of Pastor Hawkins the Voice of Deliverance Crusade Ministry was founded and later incorporated in 1980.
